Working Out

Kipp and I have been working out for the last couple of months and lost some weight but need to lose more I have lost 10 pounds Kipp has lost 11 (guys totally lose it faster then women). Kipp goes every day after work and does great. But for me I have been a total slacker.... I want to lose some more weight but I'm just not motivated enough and I feel like my golds gym pass is going to waste! Any ideas on what would motivate me? maybe I just need some one to go with any takers???

congrats on the weight loss. I know you can do it, it will get hard now that we are getting into the "eating season" . But stay strong . You need a goal to workout for like a run or something!!
